Parents and Students,
I am very excited to be surrounded by such a great group of students, parents, and community members. Van Alstyne High School is full of many opportunities for students that allow them to further explore their future after high school. Education is a calling, and I want every child to be successful in and out of the classroom. My goal is to build a strong collaborative relationship with students and parents to better prepare students for success. I believe in a strong cohesive relationship between school members and parents, so please do not hesitate to call me or stop by.

Passion . . . . . . Purpose . . . . . . Pride
I am thrilled to be a part of the Van Alstyne community and the Assistant principal at Van Alstyne High School. I received my Bachelor’s Degree of Science from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas. I have 18 years in education as a teacher, head coach, department chair, testing coordinator and assistant principal. I am looking forward to utilizing my experience to ensure that all students create their own future after leaving VAHS. I believe in building and fostering strong relationships and I am ready to work with everyone that touches our student’s lives.
